About
I work with a suite of career assessment tools, from the Strong Interest Inventory to the CliftonStrengths, to help clients map their unique skills and values. A session with me unfolds like a gentle exploration, where we move from broad aspirations to concrete steps, always within a space of trust and curiosity. Over the course of 17 years in career guidance, I have learned that the most fulfilling careers are those that align with a person's core identity. Our conversations often begin with a simple question: 'What does a meaningful workday look like for you?' From there, we examine patterns in your history, experiment with new frameworks, and address the fears that can stall decision-making. I encourage clients to treat the process as a creative practice, not a race to a final answer. By the end of our work together, you will have not only a clearer direction but also the tools to navigate future transitions on your own. I believe that career guidance is ultimately a form of self-guidance, and my role is to be a reflective partner in that journey.
