I see dreams as the psyche's own language, a code that blends memory, emotion, and symbol. In my sessions, I help clients decode that language by examining recurring motifs, emotional residues, and personal associations. I guide clients to keep a dream journal and note the feelings upon waking. Together we identify patterns, like being chased or losing teeth, and explore what those symbols might reflect in waking life. With six years of focused study and one-on-one work, I've learned that each dream is a unique narrative. I don't prescribe meanings; I ask questions that invite insight.
