There is no rush; we let the conversation unfold naturally. Over 23 years of practice, I have learned that the body holds its own wisdom. My role is to help you reconnect with that inner knowing. We explore patterns in your sleep, your digestion, your energy, and find gentle ways to restore balance. I draw from traditional wisdom and modern understanding, always tailoring each session to the person in front of me. Some clients come with chronic fatigue, others with anxiety or digestive complaints. Together we create a plan that respects your unique constitution. This work is a partnership.
